In unserer TLI Kleinkind-Gruppe Langenlebarn begleiten wir Kinder im Alter von 1-3 Jahren. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Betreuer*in §7 oder Elementarpädagog:in, Bachelor für NÖ Tagesbetreuungseinrichtungen Kleinkindbetreuung Arbeitsbeginn: ab 5. Oktober 01. November 2026

Arbeitsort: TLI Kleinkind-Gruppe Langenlebarn, 3425, Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahnstr 12.14

Anzahl gesuchter Wochenstunden: 27 - 33 Wochenstunden

Bruttogehalt bei Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden

€ 2.853,00 für Betreuer:innen oder

€ 3.170,56 für Elementarpädagog:in/Bachelor

Unsere wöchentlichen Öffnungszeiten sind von 06:30 - 16:00 Uhr!

Wir bieten dir:

* Einen Betreuungsschlüssel von 1: 5 (4) bei den Kleinkindern und 1:7 in der Familiengruppe

* Ein innovatives Bildungskonzept der Frühpädagogik TLI Pedagogics® und des Projektspiels im Kindergarten

* Teamarbeit mit qualifizierten, motivierten und positiven Kolleg:innen

* 30 Kinderstunden, 1h Teammeeting und 2h Vorbereitungszeit pro Woche

* Ein umfangreiches Weiterbildungsprogramm und Chancen des Wachstums.

Folgende Voraussetzungen solltest du mitbringen:

* Abschluss einer Ausbildung als Betreuer:in in NÖ TBE §7 in Niederösterreich oder als Elementarpädagog:in/Bachelor

* Die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in der TLI Pedagogics®

* Freude an der achtsamen und wertschätzenden Arbeit mit Kindern

* Engagement und Verlässlichkeit, Loyalität, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

Die Ausbildung im Bereich der TLI Pedagogics® ist Voraussetzung, um langfristig im Team eine pädagogische Rolle ausüben zu können und kann, wenn nicht vorhanden, im 1. Dienstjahr abgeschlossen werden.

Zu deinem Aufgabenschwerpunkt gehören zum Beispiel:

* Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzeptes nach der TLI Pedagogics®

* Achtsame Begleitung der Kleinkinder in der Gruppe

* Gemeinsame Elternarbeit mit dem bestehenden Team

* Freude am partizipatorischen und demokratischen gemeinsamen Arbeiten

* Aktive Teilnahme an der pädagogischen Qualitätssicherung durch Planung und Reflexion

* Mitorganisation und Leitung von Entwicklungsgesprächen, Festen und Feiern gemeinsam mit dem Team

* Gemeinsames Gärtnern, Reinigen, Kochen und Essen, wo notwendig

* Die Hygienebegleitung der Kinder (Sauberwerden, achtsames Wickeln gemeinsam mit der TLI Assistenz)

* Teilnahme an regelmäßiger Weiterbildung, Teammeetings, Konzeptionstage

* Nachhaltigkeits- und Diversitätskompetenz sowie Offenheit für zeitgemäße Ideen und Konzepte.

Folgende Voraussetzungen solltest du mitbringen:

* Abschluss einer qualifizierten elementarpädagogischen Ausbildung wie z.B. Betreuer*in in NÖ TBE §7 oder Elementarpädagog:in

* Zusatzausbildung TLI Pedagogics® erwünscht (kann aber auch im 1. Berufsjahr abgeschlossen werden)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in der TLI Pedagogics®

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kleinkindern bis 3 Jahren

* Engagement und Verlässlichkeit, Loyalität

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Organisationsgeschick und Selbständigkeit

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Freude am partizipatorischen Arbeiten
