Die Psychosoziale Zentren gGmbH (PSZ gGmbH) ist mit 30 Standorten und rund 500 Mitarbeiter*innen einer der größten Träger Niederösterreichs im psychosozialen Bereich. Unsere Aufgabe ist die extramurale Beratung, Betreuung und Behandlung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen.

Wohnassistenz unterstützt Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung im Alltag in deren häuslichem Umfeld. Das Angebot zielt darauf ab, Fähigkeiten zu trainieren und in Lebensbereichen zu unter-stützen, die für selbstständiges Wohnen von Bedeutung sind.

Für das Einsatzgebiet Wr. Neustadt suchen wir ab sofort eine*n 1 Betreuer_in für mobile Wohnassistenz (m/w/d) 20-30h / Woche

Aufgabenbereiche

* Unterstützung in der Haushaltsführung (Einkaufen, Kochen, Instandhaltung, ...)

* Organisation von Freizeitaktivitäten

* Begleitung bei Arztbesuchen, Behördenwegen oder sonstigen Terminen

* Hilfestellung zur gesunden Lebensführung

* zur Verfügung stehen für stützende Gespräche

Anforderungsprofil

* berufsqualifizierender Abschluss im Sozial- oder Gesundheitsbereich (siehe Wohn- und Tagesbetreuungsverordnung des Landes NÖ), Sozialpsychiatrische Fachkräfte (z. B. Pro Mente-Lehrgang), Fachbetreuer*innen Schwerpunkt Behindertenarbeit, Lebens- und Sozialberater*innen, u.a.

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen

* recovery-orientierte Haltung in der Arbeit mit den Betroffenen

* Freude an selbständigem Arbeiten, zeitliche Flexibilität, Reflexions- und Teamfähigkeit

* eigener PKW und Führerschein B
