Ihre Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und Begleitung von Personen mit Flucht-/Migrationsbiographie im Rahmen des Teilbetreuten Wohnens der Behindertenhilfe

* Hilfestellung im Alltag (u.a. Unterstützung in der selbstständigen Alltagsbewältigung)

* Psychosoziale Intervention, Stärkung sozialer Kompetenzen, Motivationsarbeit

* Krisenintervention (Konflikt und Krisenbewältigung, Vermitteln bei Konflikten zwischen Klient*innen)

* Betreuung der Bewohner*innen des Hauses von 19:30 bis 08:00 Uhr (davon Arbeitsbereitschaft mit Schlafberechtigung von 22:00 bis 06:00 Uhr) - Durchschnittlich 2 bis 3 Dienste pro Woche

* Rufbereitschaft

* Unterstützung beim Medikamentenmanagement

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich (Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Behindertenbetreuung, Fachsozialbetreuung)

** oder eine Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich

** oder Student*innen im 2. Abschnitt inkl. abgeschlossener Praktika (Soziale Arbeit/Psychologie bevorzugt)

* Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und mit Flucht-/Migrationsbiographie

* Abgeschlossene UBV-Schulung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert (v.a. Arabisch, Farsi/Dari, Englisch)

* Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse der Behindertenhilfe bzw. des teilbetreuten Wohnens

* Eigene Migrationsbiographie von Vorteil

* Gehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (37h/Woche) lt. Diakonie KV zwischen € 3.060 und € 3.718 brutto, je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten in der Beschäftigungsgruppe (zzgl. Nachtdienst- und Rufbereitschaftspauschale, SEG-Zulage, Sonn- und Feiertagszulage)
