25-40 Wochenstunden oder auf Werkvertragsbasis

Deine Aufgaben

* Sozialarbeiterische Beratungen z.B. bei persönlichen, familiären, finanziellen, beruflichen oder gesundheitlichen Problemen

* Workshops zu aktuellen und relevanten Themen wie z.B. Konsum, Umgang mit Neuen Medien, Antidiskriminierung am Arbeitsplatz

* Coaching für Mitarbeiter*innen mit Personalverantwortung sowie Konfliktmoderation

* Erarbeitung von Präventionskonzepten, sowie Mitarbeit an relevanten Arbeits- und Projektgruppen

* Teambuildingmaßnahmen und Etablierung einer gesundheitsfördernden positiven Unternehmenskultur

* Eigenverantwortliche Fallführung mit Dokumentation

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialarbeiter*in (DSA, Mag. (FH), BA oder MA oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)

* einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen (Mediation, Supervision, Therapie, Lebens- und Sozialberatung und/oder Unternehmensberatung)

* von Vorteil sind eine abgeschlossene Lehre und/oder Erfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft

* Kenntnisse über den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt und die Bildungslandschaft

* Guter Zugang zu Betrieben sowie Vernetzungspartner*innen

* Reisebereitschaft in der Region sowie Führerschein und eigener PKW

Für die Position gilt ein Mindestgrundgehalt für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) von 3.157,47 €. Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten ist die Einstufung in eine höhere Stufe vorgesehen. Wir bieten außerdem eine Zusammenarbeit auf Honorarbasis mit einem festgelegten Kontingent an jährlichen Leistungstagen. Konkrete Vereinbarungen werden im Zuge eines persönlichen Gesprächs festgelegt.
