·Störungen analysieren und beheben: Sie führen eigenständig Reparaturen an Produktionsanlagen und der Haustechnik durch. Dabei analysieren Sie Störungen, erkennen Fehlerursachen und beheben diese effizient, um Ausfallzeiten so gering wie möglich zu halten.

·Neuanlagen mitinstallieren und in Betrieb nehmen: Bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsanlagen wirken Sie aktiv mit. Sie richten Maschinen ein, testen und passen sie an, um einen reibungslosen Start sicherzustellen.

·Produktionsanlagen warten und instand halten: Sie übernehmen regelmäßig Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen. Dabei prüfen Sie Bauteile, tauschen Verschleißteile aus und sorgen so für einen stabilen Betrieb.

Maschinen kontrollieren und dokumentieren: Sie überprüfen Maschinen routinemäßig auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit und dokumentieren Ihre Arbeiten sowie die Ergebnisse sorgfältig.

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung: Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betriebselektriker_in oder einen Abschluss einer Fachschule im Bereich Elektronik.

Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld

Persönliche Anforderungen:

·Sorgfältig und präzise arbeiten: Sie gehen auch bei komplexen Aufgaben strukturiert und genau vor und behalten dabei stets den Überblick.

·Flexibel und belastbar bleiben: Auch unter Zeitdruck reagieren Sie ruhig, lösungsorientiert und passen sich flexibel neuen Situationen an.

·Teamgeist zeigen und mit anpacken: Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, bringen sich aktiv ein und fördern durch Ihre Einsatzfreude den Zusammenhalt.

Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst mitbringen: Sie sind motiviert, im 4-Schicht-Modell sowie bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten.
