Energiesysteme, Betriebsführung Heiz- und Kühlanlagen, Hall in Tirol Unser Partner sucht ab sofort zwei Betriebsführer:innen für die Heiz- und Kühlanlagen am Standort in Hall in Tirol. 2 Betriebsführer_in Heiz- und Kühlanlagen Sie übernehmen die Betriebsführung und Betreuung von Wärme- und Kälteanlagen, führen Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch, warten und optimieren die Anlagen inklusive Reparaturen und sind im Bereitschafts- und Stördienst eingebunden.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche

* Jeweils bis Freitagmittag

* Ohne wechselnde kurze und lange Wochen

Vergütung

* Bis zu € 4.200 brutto/Monat bei kältetechnischem Background

* Meist zwischen € 3.500 und € 4.000 brutto

* Über dem Kollektivvertrag

* Bereitschaftsdienst zusätzlich € 450 brutto (€ 250 netto)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betriebsführung und Betreuung von Wärme- und Kälteanlagen

* Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Wartung und Optimierung der Anlagen inklusive Reparaturen

* Bereitschafts- und Stördienst (1 Woche von Montag bis Montag)

Ihr Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Heizungsbauer:in, alternativ als Elektrotechniker:in oder Servicetechniker:in für Öl-, Gas- und Pelletskessel

* Berufserfahrung im erlernten Beruf

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zum Bereitschafts- und Stördienst

* Kältetechnischer Background ist besonders wichtig (Voraussetzung für das Gehalt bis zu € 4.200 brutto)

Ihre Vorteile

* Gehalt über dem Kollektivvertrag: mit kältetechnischem Background bis zu € 4.200 brutto/Monat, meist zwischen € 3.500 und € 4.000 brutto

* Bereitschaftsdienst (1 Woche von Montag bis Montag) mit € 450 brutto (€ 250 netto) on top

* Firmenfahrzeug für die Fahrt nach Hause, ohne Sachbezug

* Arbeitszeit endet immer am Freitagmittag, keine wechselnden kurzen und langen Wochen

* Fachliche Einschulung durch bestehende Mitarbeitende, da bewusst zwei Mitarbeitende in diesem Bereich aufgebaut werden

* Spezialisierung möglich, zum Beispiel auf Pelletsvergaser
