Kärntenweit bieten wir in unseren zwölf Pflegewohnhäusern ein familiäres und warmherziges Umfeld. Basierend auf dem Konzept der ganzheitlichen und aktivierenden Betreuung und Pflege, bieten wir ein vielseitiges Betreuungsangebot und Freizeitprogramm. Liebevolle Betreuung bei Demenz, fachkundige palliative Versorgung sowie eine einfühlsame Begleitung auf dem letzten Weg liegen uns besonders am Herzen.

Für unser Pflegewohnhaus "Haus Theresia" in 9560 Feldkirchen suchen wir ab sofort für 20 Stunden / Woche eine*n 1 Betriebshilfe / Hilfskraft - Pflegewohnhaus "Haus Theresia"

Teilzeit, 20 Stunden/ Woche

9 Stunden Reinigung, Wäscherei, Teeküche

11 Stunden Ergänzungspersonal

Deine Aufgaben

* Sämtliche anfallende Reinigungsarbeiten im Pflegewohnhaus

* Wäschereidienste, Wäsche Verteilung

* Mithilfe in der Teeküche, Frühstück richten und bei der Essensvergabe, Geschirrreinigung, Reinigung von Essbereichen

* Regelmäßige Grundreinigung der Bewohner*innen- bzw. Gemeinschaftsräume

* Selbständiges Arbeiten nach Arbeitsanweisungen

* Einhaltung des Hygiene- bzw. Reinigungsplans

* Bei Kombinierter Stelle: Unterstützungsarbeiten für das Pflegepersonal bei nicht pflegerischen Tätigkeiten, Hol- und Bringdienst

Dein Profil

* Berufserfahrung in der Reinigung

* Abgeschlossene Hygieneschulung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Freude an der Arbeit mit (älteren) Menschen

* Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Selbständigkeit

Unser Angebot als familienfreundliche Arbeitgeberin

* Entlohnung nach dem KV der karitativen Arbeitgeber*innen ab EUR 2.208,80 brutto monatlich sowie Anrechnung der Vordienstzeiten gemäß KV bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 37 Wochenstunden

* Dazu kommen weitere Zuschläge bei Nachtdiensten sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen, sowie zwei Stunden mehr

* Bei 38 Wochenstunden bekommst du ein Gehaltsplus von 2,7%

* Drei zusätzliche freie Tage (Karfreitag, 24.12. sowie 31.12.)

* Individuelle Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten sowie drei Tage bezahlte Bildungsfreistellung pro Kalenderjahr

* Regelmäßige Teambesprechungen und Möglichkeit zur Supervision
