ZIB Training ist ein etabliertes privates Bildungsinstitut, das seit über 20 Jahren Schulungen, Kurse und Beratungen anbietet. Im Auftrag der öffentlichen Hand unterstützen wir Menschen in Wien, Niederösterreich und dem Burgenland dabei, die Herausforderungen der modernen Arbeitswelt zu meistern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Wien 1230 ab sofort in Teilzeit (35 Stunden) 1 Betriebskontakter_in

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Unterstützung der Kursteilnehmer_innen bei der Praktikumssuche und bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen

* Neukund_innengewinnung / Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kund_innen

* Abwicklung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses bis zur Vermittlung

* Organisation von Veranstaltungen zur Personalauswahl (Karrieremessen, u.ä.)

* Kenntnisse über finanzielle Förderungen und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

* Vermittlungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Projektkoordinator_innen, Trainer_innen, Coaches

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung oder als Betriebskontakter_in

* Trainer_innen- bzw. Coaching-Ausbildung (mind. 110 h) von Vorteil

* Aktuelles Gender Mainstreaming Zertifikat (mind. 6 Stunden)

* Aktuelles Diversity Management Zertifikat (mind. 16 Stunden)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Schulung/Training/Coaching im AMS Kontext von Vorteil

* Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit

* Höchstmaß an sozialer Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Sicherer persönlicher Auftritt und Freude am Kund_innenkontakt

* Das monatliche Bruttogehalt gemäß BABE KV beträgt für diese Tätigkeit bei mindestens zweijähriger einschlägiger Erfahrung EUR 3.285,06 für 38 Stunden/Woche. Je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten kann eine höhere Einstufung erfolgen.
