Der Promenadenhof ist eine etablierte Linzer Institution und seit Jahrzehnten Treffpunkt für Wirtshauskultur, Gastlichkeit und besondere Anlässe.

Für diese besondere Aufgabe suchen wir bereits ab April 2027 eine engagierte Gastgeber- und Führungspersönlichkeit, die die Wiedereröffnung und Weiterentwicklung des Promenadenhofs aktiv mitgestaltet. 1 Betriebsleiter (all genders) DoN Event Catering - Promenadenhof - Vollzeit

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Verantwortung für die operative Begleitung der Bau-, Einrichtungs- und Pre-Opening-Phase bis zur erfolgreichen Wiedereröffnung des Promenadenhofs

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse, Qualitätsstandards und eines einzigartigen Gästeerlebnisses

* Planung der Personalstruktur sowie Recruiting, Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung des gesamten Teams

* Wirtschaftliche und operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Standort mit rund 250 Sitzplätzen und mehreren Veranstaltungsbereichen

* Steuerung relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Verantwortung für Budget, Umsatz, Kosten und Wareneinsatz

* Sicherstellung höchster Standards in Service, Qualität und Hygiene

* Betreuung von Stammgästen, Firmenkund:innen und Veranstaltungspartner:innen

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung und erfolgreiche Positionierung des Promenadenhofs als führende Gastronomie- und Eventlocation in Linz

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Eventgastronomie

* Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion mit Verantwortung für größere Teams

* Erfahrung im à-la-carte-, Veranstaltungs- und Bankettgeschäft

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Budgets, Kennzahlen und wirtschaftlichen Ergebnissen

* Hohe Gastgeber:innen-Qualitäten, Serviceorientierung und Leidenschaft für Gastronomie

* Organisationsstärke, Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke

* Freude daran, Teams, Prozesse und Strukturen erfolgreich aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln

* Wertschätzender Führungsstil kombiniert mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch

* Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Neueröffnungen, Umbauten oder komplexen Veränderungsprojekten im Gastronomieumfeld

DAS BIETEN WIR

* Die Chance, die Wiedereröffnung und Neupositionierung des Promenadenhofs aktiv mitzugestalten und einen traditionsreichen Gastronomiestandort in die Zukunft zu führen.

* Jahresbruttogehalt im Zielmodell (All-in) von € 60.000. Die endgültige Einstufung erfolgt anhand objektiver, geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien wie Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Verantwortungsbereich. Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation vorgesehen.

* Einstieg bereits ab April 2027 mit aktiver Mitgestaltung der Bau-, Konzeptions- und Pre-Opening-Phase.
