Für unseren Kunden im Bezirk Ried im Traunkreis, ein langjährig erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich Fleischverarbeitung, suchen wir ab sofort 1 Betriebsleiter:in Schlachtbetrieb Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Koordination von Tieranmeldungen und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

* Erstellung des Grobzerlegplans und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe

* Führung des Produktionsteams, Erstellung von Einsatzplänen und Abstimmung der Produktionsplanung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Tierschutzbestimmungen, Arbeitssicherheit und Hygienestandards

* Überwachung der Produktionsziele sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen

* Gewährleistung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards in allen Produktionsbereichen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Einkauf, Logistik und Qualitätsmanagement

* Überwachung technischer Einrichtungen, einschließlich Kläranlage und Produktionsanlagen

* Meldung, Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs

* Kontrolle und Freigabe von Rechnungen im Zusammenhang mit Produktion und Einkauf

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich/Metzgerausbildung/Landwirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche

* Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung und Prozessoptimierung

* Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Hygienemanagement/Tierschutzbestimmungen

Unternehmerisches Denken

* Eigeninitiative, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Führungskompetenz
