1 Betriebsleiter-Stellvertreter Gondelbahnen (m/w/d) Unser Partner betreibt ein Skigebiet auf über 3.000 Metern Höhe im Stubaital und zählt zu den größten Arbeitgebern der Region. Du übernimmst Aufgaben der Betriebsleitung im Bereich Gondelbahnen, gewährleistest den reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen Winter- und Sommerbetrieb und führst Wartungs- und Revisionsarbeiten an der Seilbahnanlage und auf Seilbahnstützen durch.

Dank der Höhenlage über 3.000 Metern ist der Betrieb schneesicherer und stabiler als viele andere Skigebiete. Kein Sperren wegen Schneemangel.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche

* Klassisches Arbeitszeitmodell ohne Gleitzeit

* Richtet sich nach Saison und Öffnungszeiten der Bahnen

* Aktuell: 07:00 bis 16:30 Uhr

* Wintersaison: Frühschicht 07:20 bis 16:40 Uhr bzw. ca. 17:10 Uhr

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten

Vergütung

* € 3.200 brutto/Monat

* 14x pro Jahr

* Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung möglich

* Freiwillige Leistungsprämie von € 50 bis max. € 250 monatlich

* Evaluierung im Jänner und Juli

Deine Aufgaben

* Übernahme von Aufgaben der Betriebsleitung im Bereich Gondelbahnen

* Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufs im täglichen Betrieb der Bahnen

* Abwicklung und Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs bei den Gondelbahnen (Winter- und Sommerbetrieb)

* Wartungs- und Revisionsarbeiten an der Seilbahnanlage und auf Seilbahnstützen

Dein Profil

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betriebsleiter Teil II

* Alternativ Lehre als Seilbahntechniker/in oder Ausbildung zum/zur Maschinist/in mit Bereitschaft, den Kurs zum/zur Betriebsleiter_in II zu absolvieren

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder HTL

* Führungserfahrung

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
