Het betreft een fulltime functie op de binnendienst. Binnen de organisatie werken kantoor en productie nauw samen en heerst een prettige, nuchtere sfeer waarin oog is voor elkaar. Samen met je directe collega's zorg je voor een soepele samenwerking en een uitstekende service aan onze afnemers. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met cijfermatig gevoel en levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan het verkoopsucces. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en signaleren: Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en verkoopresultaten op de voet en vertaalt deze gegevens naar heldere acties om de verkoop te stimuleren. - Commerciële opvolging: Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze zorgvuldig op en zet ze om in verkoopovereenkomsten. - Klantbeheer: Je bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen klantenkring en bouwt een duurzame band met hen op. - Meedenken: Je denkt actief mee over het in- en verkoopbeleid en ondersteunt waar nodig bij gerichte marketingactiviteiten. Wie zoeken wij? - Je werkt gestructureerd, overzichtelijk en neemt graag het initiatief; - Je kunt goed schakelen met collega's en bent snel vertrouwd met moderne bedrijfssoftware (ERP) en rapportages; - Een afgeronde opleiding op mbo 4- of hbo-niveau; - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; - Relevante werkervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst of soortgelijke rol.
