Dan is deze functie in onze flexpool iets voor jou! Voor onze intramurale teams starten wij een pilot met vlinderdiensten in de avond (17.00 - 22.00 uur). En daar hebben we jou bij nodig! Wat ga je doen? Als avondvlinder werk je afdelingsoverstijgend en spring je bij waar de behoefte het grootst is. Afhankelijk van jouw deskundigheid wordt jouw inzetbaarheid bepaald. Je zorgt voor: - Ondersteuning bij piekdrukte; - Extra handen op momenten dat het nodig is; - Rust en overzicht binnen het team. Jouw inzet voelt als een echte opluchting voor collega's. Over de diensten: - Avonddiensten van 17.00 tot 22.00 uur; - Je werkt via de flexpool: jij kiest wanneer je werkt; - Je pakt openstaande diensten die passen bij jouw agenda; - Je wordt aangestuurd door de dienstdoende teamleider of kwaliteitsverpleegkundige; - Je werkt aanvullend op het team, niet ter vervanging. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt minimaal een diploma Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige; - Je schakelt snel en blijft rustig in dynamische situaties; - Je bent flexibel en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Je houdt van afwisseling en uitdaging.
