Wie is het gezin?

Voor twee fijne gezinnen in de regio Gent zoeken we een warme en betrokken PVB-assistent die hen ondersteunt in het dagelijkse leven.

De woningen liggen vlak naast elkaar, waardoor je je tijd gemakkelijk tussen beide gezinnen verdeelt. Je komt terecht in twee respectvolle gezinnen waar vertrouwen, zelfstandigheid en een goede samenwerking centraal staan.

Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin je zowel praktische als organisatorische ondersteuning biedt en écht een verschil maakt in het dagelijkse leven van beide gezinnen.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken iemand die:

  • warm, betrouwbaar en discreet is;
  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt;
  • georganiseerd en nauwkeurig te werk gaat;
  • graag mensen ontzorgt;
  • basis kookvaardigheden heeft;
  • oog heeft voor orde, structuur en kwaliteit;
  • respectvol omgaat met de autonomie en wensen van anderen;
  • vlot Nederlands spreekt (kennis van Engels is een pluspunt);
  • zich comfortabel voelt in een woning waar een grote, vriendelijke hond aanwezig is.

Takenpakket

  • boodschappen doen
  • koken en maaltijden voorbereiden
  • was en strijk verzorgen
  • algemene orde en netheid bewaren
  • ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse organisatie
  • administratieve ondersteuning bieden
  • structuur aanbrengen in planning en praktische zaken
  • externe hulp, zoals poetsdiensten, opvolgen
  • meedenken en initiatief nemen om beide huishoudens vlot te laten verlopen

Voorstel planning

Ongeveer 32 uur per week, verspreid over 4 werkdagen.

Flexibele opstart tussen 9u en 10u
