GROUNDS Leden Raad van Toezicht Voor onze Raad van Toezicht zoeken wij twee nieuwe leden: penningmeester / algemeen lid ( circa 5 vergaderingen per jaar ) De Raad van Toezicht van Grounds bestaat bij voorkeur uit vijf leden. Vanwege het vertrek van twee leden zijn wij op zoek naar twee nieuwe leden, waarvan één met een financieel profiel die de rol van penningmeester kan vervullen. De Raad van Toezicht houdt toezicht op het beleid en de algemene gang van zaken binnen Grounds en adviseert de directeur-bestuurder over belangrijke ontwikkelingen en de hoofdlijnen van het beleid. De dagelijkse leiding van de organisatie ligt bij de directeur-bestuurder en het team. Grounds bevindt zich in een stabiele financiële en organisatorische situatie en is tegelijkertijd volop in ontwikkeling. We zoeken daarom betrokken toezichthouders die vanuit hun eigen achtergrond, ervaring en netwerk willen bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. We zoeken mensen die oog hebben voor zowel de culturele als maatschappelijke rol van Grounds en een brug kunnen slaan tussen de organisatie, de wijk, de stad en de internationale muziekscene. Een onafhankelijke en kritische blik is belangrijk, net als het vermogen om de juiste vragen te stellen, mee te denken en een open dialoog te voeren. Voor deze twee vacatures zijn we in het bijzonder geïnteresseerd in kandidaten met ervaring en een netwerk binnen het bedrijfsleven, financiën, juridische zaken en/of communicatie. Wat vragen we van kandidaten: - onderschrijven de missie en waarden van Grounds; - beschikken over een onafhankelijke blik en zijn in staat zelfstandig tot een oordeel te komen; - hebben affiniteit met muziek, cultuur en de maatschappelijke rol van Grounds in Rotterdam; - hebben oog voor diversiteit, inclusie en verschillende perspectieven; - zijn bereid de vergaderingen goed voor te bereiden en actief bij te dragen aan de Raad van Toezicht; - zijn waar mogelijk aanwezig en bet...
