- Amsterdam - MBO High End Retail Beveiliger (Amsterdam) Ben jij een ervaren beveiliger die veiligheid en gastvrijheid moeiteloos combineert? Weet je precies wie er binnenkomt, herken je gedragspatronen in een oogopslag en straal je tegelijkertijd rust en service uit? Wil je werken op één van de meest exclusieve winkelstraten van Nederland? Bij Dutch Crowd Security zoeken we een High End Retail Beveiliger voor onze opdrachtgevers aan de iconische P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van de winkel en de scherpste observator op de vloer. Je zorgt voor een veilige, gastvrije omgeving voor klanten en personeel - én je maakt het verschil op de momenten dat het erop aankomt. Dit is wat je doet: Als High End Retail Beveiliger sta je op de vloer van een exclusieve winkel. Je combineert scherpe observatie met een servicegerichte houding en werkt nauw samen met het winkelteam. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Gedragsobservatie: je observeert bezoekers actief, herkent afwijkend gedrag en verdachte situaties en handelt hier gepast op. - Preventie: je onthoudt details, houdt overzicht en voorkomt incidenten door tijdig en professioneel op te treden. - Veiligheidsprocedures: je ziet toe op de naleving van beveiligingsprotocollen en interne procedures van de winkel. - Hospitality: je verwelkomt klanten vriendelijk en professioneel en draagt bij aan de premium beleving van de winkel. - Snel schakelen: je handelt proactief bij onregelmatigheden en houdt situaties beheersbaar. - Rapportage: je stelt heldere en gedetailleerde verslagen op van incidenten en observaties voor de opdrachtgever en interne opvolging. Werktijden: Je werkt in dagdiensten die zijn afgestemd op de openingstijden van de winkel. Diensten liggen doorgaans tussen 08:15 en 18:30, van maandag tot en met zaterdag.
