Beveiliger in opleiding Luchthaven Schiphol Beschrijving Beveiliging is meer dan toezicht houden. Het gaat om mensen, vertrouwen en veiligheid. De functie staat open voor iedereen en we selecteren altijd op basis van geschiktheid. Met het oog op een evenwichtige teamsamenstelling nodigen wij vrouwen nadrukkelijk uit om te solliciteren. Heb je nog geen beveiligingsdiploma? Geen probleem. Wij betalen jouw opleiding volledig en je ontvangt vanaf dag één salaris. Als Beveiliger in opleiding leer je het vak terwijl je al werkt. Je wordt stap voor stap meegenomen in het werk en staat er nooit alleen voor. Er is veel aandacht voor uitleg, begeleiding en samenwerking. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat reizigers, medewerkers en bezoekers zich 24/7 veilig en welkom voelen op Schiphol. Hoe ziet de opleiding eruit? Je volgt een mbo-2 BBL-opleiding tot beveiliger. Je leert alles over veiligheid en werken op de luchthaven, terwijl je direct praktijkervaring opdoet. Trigion betaalt de opleiding volledig en je ontvangt gewoon salaris. - Je start met de Trigion Aviation Security Training (TAST) - Daarna combineer je lessen op school met werken in de praktijk - Binnen één jaar haal je je diploma Je leert stap voor stap, met duidelijke uitleg, persoonlijke begeleiding en voldoende ruimte om vragen te stellen. Tijdens onze wervingsdag op Schiphol vertellen we je alles over het werk en de werkomgeving. Je ontdekt welke taken er zijn en kunt aangeven wat bij jou past: - veel contact met reizigers, of - juist werken op de doorlaatposten. Samen kijken we welke plek het beste bij jou aansluit, zodat jij met vertrouwen kunt starten en je verder kunt ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen?
