Natuurlijk zorg je voor veiligheid. Je houdt toezicht, controleert en grijpt in als dat nodig is. Maar je werkt ook met mensen. Mensen met een complex verhaal, die soms ander gedrag laten zien dan je verwacht. Daarom zoeken wij een beveiliger die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, rustig blijft en goed kan aanvoelen wat er nodig is. Iemand die duidelijk is, maar ook oog heeft voor de mens achter het gedrag. Werken als beveiliger bij de Rooyse Wissel Bij de Rooyse Wissel werk je in een tbs-kliniek waar veiligheid, behandeling en samenwerking samenkomen. Samen met je collega's zorg jij voor een veilige omgeving voor patiënten, medewerkers en bezoekers. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dienst verloopt rustig, tijdens een andere dienst moet je snel schakelen. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, ziet wat er gebeurt en weet wanneer je moet handelen. Je werkt niet alleen vóór de veiligheid, maar ook mét de mensen om je heen. Een goede beveiliger kijkt verder dan alleen de regels en procedures. Zoek jij een baan waarin je actief bezig bent, veel meemaakt en écht iets betekent? Dan pas jij misschien goed bij ons team. Wat ga je doen?
