The posting

Als beveiliger heb je een verantwoordelijke en afwisselende baan. Vanuit de meldkamer houd je camerabeelden nauwkeurig in de gaten. Je herkent opvallende situaties snel en bepaalt welke actie nodig is. Daarbij werk je volgens duidelijke protocollen en sta je in contact met mobiele surveillanten en hulpdiensten.

Ook op locatie ben jij degene die overzicht houdt. Je houdt toezicht in gebouwen, winkelcentra en op verschillende terreinen. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig en hebt contact met bezoekers, medewerkers en publiek. Daarbij blijf je vriendelijk en professioneel, ook wanneer je snel moet handelen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Camerabeelden bekijken en bijzonderheden snel herkennen; - Toezicht houden op personen, gebouwen, goederen en terreinen; - Optreden bij bijvoorbeeld diefstal, vernieling of ongewenste toegang; - Handelen volgens de geldende veiligheidsprotocollen; - Contact onderhouden met surveillanten, bezoekers en hulpdiensten.

Jouw werk draait om goed kijken, situaties inschatten en op het juiste moment handelen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren team waarin collega's elkaar helpen en informatie met elkaar delen.

Je blijft scherp, communiceert duidelijk en houdt je hoofd koel wanneer een situatie onverwacht verandert. Ervaring in de beveiliging is mooi meegenomen.

- Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 2-opleiding Beveiliging; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed; - Je bent flexibel beschikbaar voor dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten; - Je werkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig onder druk.
