En dat is bij chemie zo mogelijk nog meer aan de orde. Ben jij stressbestendig, commercieel & analytisch sterk en denk je in oplossingen? Dan is bevrachter in de chemievaart echt wat voor jou! Waar ga je werken? Deze tankvaartrederij heeft enkele tientallen eigen schepen en daarnaast nog tientallen contractschepen. Daarvan is chemie een onderdeel. Met een team van nu drie personen wordt ervoor gezorgd dat de chemietankers zo optimaal mogelijk worden bevracht. Dit team van drie kan wel wat hulp gebruiken, zeker met het oog op de groeiende organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als bevrachter chemie houd jij je dagelijks met verschillende werkzaamheden bezig. Je belangrijkste doelstelling is om in samenwerking met klanten, scheepseigenaren en interne teams te zorgen voor een zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijke verdeling van de lading over de schepen. Dat is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan. Om te beginnen moet je zorgen voor een passende planning van binnenkomende ladingpartijen. Die moeten worden verdeeld onder contractschepen, maar soms ook worden bevracht op de spotmarkt. Daarbij wordt voor iedere charter een aparte onderhandeling gevoerd. Uiteraard borg je vervolgens de gemaakte afspraken en stem je het af met de benodigde betrokken collega's. Daarnaast zorg je voor de correcte toetsen op techniek en veiligheid. De verschillende producten hebben andere vereisten. Door de aard van de producten kan een foutje hierin verstrekkende gevolgen hebben. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop, dus dit is een extreem belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Wanneer de reis is ingedeeld begeleid je die verder. Je zorgt voor juiste instructies aan terminals en kapiteins, je zorgt ervoor dat planningen worden gehaald en stuurt bi...
