Ben jij klantvriendelijk, alert en sterk in communicatie? Voor verschillende kantoren in Antwerpen en Deurne zoeken we een bewakingsagent die veiligheid combineert met een professionele omgang met bezoekers.

Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers het kantoor vlot en veilig kunnen bezoeken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de onthaalmedewerkers en draag je bij aan een rustige, veilige omgeving voor bezoekers en personeel.

Wat doe je?

Als bewakingsagent houd je toezicht aan de ingang en in de onthaalruimtes. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, helpt bezoekers waar nodig en treedt professioneel op bij onverwachte situaties.

Je taken:

  • De in- en uitstroom van bezoekers veilig en vlot laten verlopen
  • Toezicht houden aan de ingang, in de inkomhal en in de onthaalruimte
  • De toegang controleren en, waar van toepassing, geldige toegangsbewijzen nakijken
  • Bezoekers vriendelijk aanspreken en wegwijs maken
  • Nauw samenwerken met de onthaalmedewerkers
  • Alert reageren op incidenten en onverwachte situaties
  • Veiligheidsprocedures correct toepassen en discreet omgaan met informatie

De focus ligt op statische bewaking en toegangscontrole aan de ingang en in de onthaalruimtes.

Wanneer werk je?

Je werkt overdag, op weekdagen. De uren verschillen per kantoor:

Antwerpen – locatie 1

  • Maandag, dinsdag en donderdag: 08.15 tot 13.15 uur

Deurne

  • Maandag en woensdag: 08.30 tot 13.00 uur

Antwerpen – locatie 2

  • Maandag tot en met donderdag: 08.30 tot 17.00 uur
  • Vrijdag: 08.30 tot 12.30 uur

Dit zijn de te bemannen uren per kantoor. Je persoonlijke uurrooster hangt af van de locatie en de afgesproken inzet.

Wie zoeken we?

Je communiceert duidelijk, blijft rustig bij onverwachte situaties en weet klantvriendelijkheid te combineren met het correct toepassen van veiligheidsprocedures.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent en een psychotechnisch attest
  • Heb je ervaring als bewakingsagent in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Heb je een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Ben je verzorgd en professioneel in je voorkomen en omgang
  • Ben je hulpvaardig, alert en discreet
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en volg je procedures correct
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs en een eigen wagen
