The posting

Als Beweegcoach sta je mee in voor het creëren van een volwaardig thuismilieu voor de bewoners waar optimale hulp en verzorging gekoppeld kan worden aan het fysisch, psychisch en sociaal welbevinden van de bewoners en hun familieleden. Je maakt deel uit van het multidisciplinair team. Je stelt voor bewoners een therapeutisch plan op, afgestemd op hun individuele noden en hun psychisch, cognitief, fysiek en emotioneel welzijn. Daarbij zet je in op niet-medicamenteuze, vooral individuele therapie, en werk je belevingsgericht voor bewoners met dementie om een warme en veilige omgeving te creëren

Daarnaast zet je sterk in op het stimuleren van beweging en actieve participatie binnen het woonzorgcentrum. Je ontwikkelt en begeleidt vernieuwende beweegactiviteiten voor geriatrische bewoners, steeds afgestemd op hun mogelijkheden, interesses en beleving. Vanuit een creatieve en motiverende aanpak help je bewoners om op een aangename manier meer te bewegen en hun fysieke, mentale en sociale veerkracht te behouden.

Je taken houden in:

  • Het organiseren en begeleiden van 10 groepssessies per week van telkens 1 uur, verspreid over vier verschillende afdelingen binnen het woonzorgcentrum.
  • Het ontwikkelen van innovatieve en laagdrempelige beweegactiviteiten die geriatrische bewoners aanzetten tot meer beweging en een actieve levensstijl.
  • Het organiseren van thematische beweegmomenten rond herkenbare en inspirerende onderwerpen, zoals de Tour de France, seizoenen, feestdagen of andere actuele thema's.
  • Het bevorderen van deelname aan beweegactiviteiten voor bewoners van de assistentiewoningen.
  • Het actief betrekken van de buurt door bewoners, familieleden en lokale inwoners uit te nodigen voor geselecteerde bewegings- en ontmoetingsactiviteiten.
  • Het bijdragen aan een dynamische, warme en verbindende leefomgeving waarin beweging, ontmoeting en welzijn centraal staan.

Naast het groepsaanbod bied je ook individuele beweegtherapie aan voor een twintigtal bewoners. Op basis van observatie en overleg werk je aan het behouden of verbeteren van hun mobiliteit, zelfredzaamheid en levenskwaliteit. Deze begeleiding gebeurt vanuit jouw professionele expertise en niet op voorschrift. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit het multidisciplinair team om bewoners optimaal te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse functioneren en welzijn.

  • Vereiste studies: Professionele bachelor Ergotherapie, Bachelor Kinesitherapie, Master Kinesitherapie of Bachelor Sport en Bewegen;
  • Werkervaring: geen ervaring vereist;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;
  • Contactvaardig zijn & kunnen luisteren;
  • Klantgerichtheid;

  • Samenwerken als een hecht team;
  • Zin voor nauwkeurigheid hebben;
