Jij maakt bewegen leuk, laagdrempelig en passend bij ieders mogelijkheden. Je geeft zowel individuele begeleiding als groepslessen. Dat kan variëren van ontspannen bewegen tot sportieve activiteiten. Jij zorgt voor variatie en keuze, zodat cliënten kunnen ontdekken wat het beste bij hen past. Ook al is het tijdelijk, jij helpt cliënten hun persoonlijke doelen te bereiken, hun mogelijkheden te ontdekken en vooral plezier te beleven aan beweging.
