Wir sind eine große Organisation im sozialen Bereich und österreichweit tätig. Als Bewohnervertreter_innen vertreten wir Menschen mit psychischer Erkrankung oder intellektueller Beeinträchtigung, die in Pflege-, Betreuungs- oder sozialpädagogischen Einrichtungen leben. Die Grundlage für diese Vertretungstätigkeit ist das Heimaufenthaltsgesetz.

Zur Verstärkung für unser Team NÖ/Bgld suchen wir ab 1. Februar 2027 eine_n 1 BEWOHNERVERTRETER_IN - JURIST_IN

für 33 Wochenstunden, davon 30h unbefristet und 3h befristet

Dienststelle: 7400 Oberwart, Ambrosigasse 15

Ihr Profil:

º abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften

º Erfahrung in der sozialen Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen, Menschen mit Behinderungen oder alten Menschen

º Interesse für Grund- und Menschenrechte

º Team-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

º Bereitschaft zu IT-basiertem Arbeiten

º eigener PKW

Bruttomonatsgehalt für 40 Wochenstunden ab € 3.524,50 bei anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten bis zu € 4.258,40.
