Ben jij de schakel tussen bewoners en bouwprojecten? Als bewonersbegeleider zorg je ervoor dat renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten niet alleen technisch succesvol zijn, maar ook voor bewoners begrijpelijk en werkbaar blijven. Je werkt in een praktische en collegiale omgeving waar je verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het sociale proces rondom werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? Je begeleidt meerdere renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten tegelijkertijd en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners. Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen: van bewonersgesprekken tot afstemming met uitvoerders en het opstellen van participatieplannen. - Je voert bewonersgesprekken en brengt wensen en aandachtspunten in kaart - Je stelt bewoners-, communicatie- en participatieplannen op en bewaakt afspraken - Je stemt af met projectleiders, uitvoerders en opdrachtgevers - Je signaleert tijdig risico's of knelpunten - Je bent incidenteel beschikbaar tijdens avondbijeenkomsten

Wie ben jij? Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4-diploma en twee jaar ervaring als bewonersbegeleider of in een vergelijkbare functie. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende doelgroepen en weet verwachtingen helder te maken. Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch sterk en kun je meerdere projecten naast elkaar overzien. - Ervaring met bewonerscommunicatie en participatietrajecten - Affiniteit met renovatie, onderhoud, vastgoed of verduurzaming - Je werkt zelfstandig en stemt af wanneer nodig - Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en denkt actief mee over oplossingen
