Voor een renovatie -en onderhoud partij zijn wij op zoek naar een consulent bewonerszaken. Als bewonersconsulent ontzorg je de uitvoerders en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bewonersbegeleiding op de renovatie- en onderhoud projecten. De projecten bevinden zich veelal in de driehoek van Leiden tot Dordrecht tot Woerden. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden tref je hieronder: - Het ophalen van participatie draagvlak om een go te krijgen voor het project; - Communicatie richting bewoners wat en wanneer gedaan zal worden; - Klachten van bewoners oplossen op locatie; - Schakelen met collega's. Als bewonersconsulent moet je dus goed kunnen communiceren, denken in oplossingen en je goed kunnen inleven. Tegelijkertijd blijf je wel realistisch, soms is het namelijk een nee! Met jouw oplossingsgerichte houding en communicatieve skills weet je de bewoners weer gerust en tevreden te stellen. Je kunt te maken krijgen met mondige bewoners, het is dus ook zeker van belang dat je jezelf staande kunt houden in dergelijke situaties. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring - Oplossingsgericht en in staat om grenzen te stellen en te bewaken - Communicatief vaardig; mondeling en in geschrift - ZZP is bespreekbaar maar loondienst geniet de voorkeur Functieoverzicht .
