Tijdens renovatie & onderhoudsprojecten begeleidt en verzorg je de bewoners van informatie over wat er gaat gebeuren, totdat het weer volledig is opgeleverd. Hierbij zorg je voor bewonersparticipatie, leidt je de vergaderingen en doe je de opnames in woningen. In samenspraak met de uitvoerder regel je alles op de bouwplaats en zorg je voor een juiste uitvoering van het werk, waarbij alle partijen (inclusief jijzelf!)) tevreden naar huis gaan. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Een meerjarige ervaring in een soortgelijke rol is een pre; - Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent creatief, praktisch, overtuigend en je hebt een hoog probleemoplossend vermogen; - Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren; - Je kan af en toe buiten kantoortijden werken voor bijvoorbeeld een bewonersbijeenkomst; - Reizen is voor jou geen probleem.
