Logo Eminent Groep Functieomschrijving . Als bewonersconsulent ben je voor tijdens en na de uitvoering van onderhoud- en renovatieprojecten de schakel naar de bewoners. Je staat in contact met bewoners, projectleiders, uitvoerders en de opdrachtgever. Meestal zijn dat woningbouwcorporaties. Je zal zowel werkzaam zijn in de wijk als op kantoor. Je licht de bewoners in over de uit te voeren werkzaamheden en planning en wat dit voor hen betekent. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en lost de problemen tijdens de werkzaamheden op. Verder zijn je werkzaamheden: - Je verzorgt schriftelijke, digitale en mondelinge projectinformatie voor bewoners; - Je initieert en verwerkt bewonersenquêtes en zorgt voor terugkoppeling hiervan aan het team; - Je zorgt er samen met je team voor dat er binnen het project (70%) draagvlak wordt behaald onder de bewoners; - Je initieert en organiseert alternatieve huisvesting, zoals logeer- en wisselwoningen, en assisteert bij uit- en inhuizing; - Je ondersteunt projectleiders/uitvoerders bij conflict-/probleemsituaties met huurders; - Je beantwoordt telefonische en schriftelijke vragen, handelt deze af of initieert acties; - Je registreert projectgegevens, zoals bijvoorbeeld klantenklachten, en stelt hierover rapportages samen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Een meerjarige ervaring in een soortgelijke rol is een pre; - Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent creatief, praktisch, overtuigend en je hebt een hoog probleemoplossend vermogen; - Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren; - Je kan af en toe buiten kantoortijden werken voor bijvoorbeeld een bewonersbijeenkomst; - Reizen is voor jou geen probleem.
