Krijg jij energie van contact met mensen en weet je technische werkzaamheden begrijpelijk uit te leggen? Als bewonersconsulent verbind je bewoners, het uitvoeringsteam en andere betrokken partijen. Je weet wat er speelt, houdt iedereen goed geïnformeerd en zorgt dat verwachtingen duidelijk zijn. Je werkt aan renovatieprojecten die plaatsvinden terwijl bewoners gewoon thuis blijven wonen. Juist daarom zijn aandacht, inlevingsvermogen en goede communicatie belangrijk. Je bent zichtbaar, luistert naar wat er speelt en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een soepel verloop van het project. Wat ga je doen? Als bewonersconsulent verzorg je de communicatie en bewonersbegeleiding rondom onze renovatieprojecten. Je informeert bewoners over werkzaamheden, haalt vragen en aandachtspunten op en zorgt dat afspraken worden opgevolgd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het uitvoeringsteam, de opdrachtgever en andere betrokken partijen. In deze rol draait het vooral om: - Organiseren van informatiebijeenkomsten; - Voeren van gesprekken met bewoners; - Opstellen en opvolgen van de sociale kaart; - Coördineren van bewonerskeuzes en tijdelijke huisvesting; - Informeren en begeleiden van bewoners tijdens de renovatie; - Vertalen van technische informatie en vakjargon naar normale taal; - Signaleren en helpen oplossen van knelpunten en geschillen; - Vastleggen van bewonersgegevens en afspraken.
