Das bringen Sie mit

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bezirksleiter_in, Regionalleiter_in oder Filialleiter_in im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Textil- oder Diskontbereich

* Führungskompetenz und sicherer Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Themen in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen erforderlich

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Ihres Verantwortungsbereiches

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Filialen in Ihrem zuständigen Gebiet (Vorarlberg)

* Sicherstellung der Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensstandards und Vertriebskonzepte

* Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung

* Identifikation von Potenzialen und Optimierung der operativen Abläufe in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
