Maak jij graag iemands dag nét wat mooier? Yvonne is op zoek naar een betrokken vrijwilliger die samen met haar op pad gaat, leuke activiteiten onderneemt en geniet van persoonlijke aandacht. Wie zijn wij Yvonne woont op Ursulaplein 3 in Nieuwveen, een woning waar acht cliënten wonen met een ernstig verstandelijke meervoudige beperking. Bij sommige bewoners kan moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag voorkomen. Yvonne is een ouder wordende _ame die gebruikmaakt van een rolstoel. Met begeleiding kan ze korte stukjes lopen achter haar rollator. Ze voelt zich prettig bij duidelijkheid, structuur en persoonlijke aandacht. Daarom bloeit ze vooral op tijdens activiteiten waarbij ze één-op-één begeleiding krijgt. Ze houdt van creatief bezig zijn, zoals schilderen en bouwen met Lego. Ook vindt ze het heerlijk om haar nagels te laten lakken, haar haar te laten verzorgen of lekker ergens naartoe te gaan. Daarnaast geniet ze van wandelen, boodschappen doen en fietsen op de rolstoelfiets. Stilzitten en wachten zijn minder haar ding; Yvonne blijft graag in beweging en houdt van afwisseling. Hoewel zij slechts enkele woorden gebruikt, laat ze op haar eigen manier goed merken hoe ze zich voelt. Met verschillende geluiden kan ze laten horen of iets prettig is of juist niet. Ook kan ze keuzes maken, bijvoorbeeld tussen twee soorten beleg of drinken. Yvonne ontvangt haar dagbesteding thuis op Ursulaplein 3 en is daardoor vrijwel altijd aanwezig. Wanneer je langskomt, stemmen we samen af. Een vast moment is mogelijk, maar spontane bezoekjes en onverwachte uitstapjes vindt Yvonne minstens zo leuk. Jouw baan als Bezoekvrijwilliger Als vrijwilliger leer je Yvonne eerst goed kennen en krijg je een passende inwerkperiode. Daarna kun je samen activiteiten ondernemen die aansluiten bij haar interesses. Zo bestaat er bijvoorbeeld de mogelijkheid om mee te gaan zwemmen op woensdagochtend. Je hebt veel vrijheid om samen invulling te geven aan jullie contact. Activiteiten kunnen plaatsvinden op de woning

in de omgeving of tijdens een gezellig uitstapje. Soms is een activiteit belangrijk, soms is jouw aandacht en nabijheid al voldoende om haar een fijne dag te bezorgen. Jouw profiel Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie en vindt het leuk om contact te maken met iemand met een ernstig verstandelijke beperking Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en kunt Yvonne de aandacht geven die zij nodig heeft Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg; uiteraard houden wij rekening met je agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt; je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteenlopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje; je krijgt hele dankbare gezichten omdat door jouw hulp meer mogelijk is. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken daarom onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
