Wil jij een verbinding aangaan met Linda en van waarde zijn in haar leven? Wie zijn wij Linda woont op Ceder 1. Hier werken we vanuit warme, belevingsgerichte zorg, waarbij het aansluiten op de beleving van de bewoner centraal staat. We werken volgens de visie "Geef mij de vijf", waarin de relatie met de bewoner de basis vormt. We streven ernaar bewoners een veilige basis te bieden door écht contact te maken en oprecht aanwezig te zijn. De begeleider speelt hierin een essentiële rol: als actief betrokken onderdeel van de actuele situatie en als stabiele factor in het dagelijks leven van de bewoner. Voor Linda, en de andere bewoners, is continuïteit in zowel dagindeling als begeleidingsstijl van groot belang. De begeleider probeert de betekenis achter gedrag te begrijpen, past het tempo van handelen aan en biedt waar nodig duidelijke kaders. Er wordt vooral gehandeld vanuit "wat is de vraag achter de vraag?". Jouw baan als Bezoekvrijwilliger voor Linda Lijkt het jou leuk om samen met Linda op pad te gaan? Denk aan gezellig lunchen, shoppen, een terrasje pakken, foldertjes verzamelen, of samen naar een optreden van bijvoorbeeld Marco de Hollander in de buurt. Laat dan van je horen, alleen of samen met iemand anders, jullie zijn van harte welkom! Jouw profiel Je bent iemand die duidelijk communiceert en op een prettige manier grenzen weet aan te geven. Je hebt de intentie om een duurzame band met Linda op te bouwen en wilt je daar op langere termijn voor inzetten. Eén keer per maand ben je beschikbaar om iets met haar te ondernemen. Spreekt dit je aan? Dan komen we graag met je in contact, alleen of samen met iemand anders. Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg; uiteraard houden wij rekening met je agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt; je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteen lopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmat

in het zonnetje; je krijgt hele dankbare gezichten omdat door jouw hulp meer mogelijk is. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG) en het navragen van referenties maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
