Als Bezwaarbehandelaar bij DPA combineer je juridische expertise met menselijke maat. Je behandelt bezwaarprocedures voor gedupeerden van de kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire en draagt bij aan herstel van vertrouwen. Of je nu specialist wilt worden in bezwaarrecht of juist jouw juridische expertise wilt verbreden, bij ons bepaal jij je route. Dit ga je doen Bij de Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen (UHT) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van bezwaarprocedures binnen de integrale beoordeling. Je begeleidt het volledige bezwaarproces van A tot Z en combineert juridische zorgvuldigheid met empathisch vermogen. Een succesvolle bezwaarbehandelaar is zelfverzekerd, communicatief sterk en in staat om juridische complexiteit te combineren met de menselijke maat. - Je behandelt en beoordeelt bezwaren schriftelijk - Je leidt of woont hoorzittingen bij met belanghebbenden, gemachtigden of de Bezwaarschriftenadviescommissie - Je neemt besluiten op bezwaar in overeenstemming met wet- en regelgeving - Je communiceert zorgvuldig met de bezwaarmaker gedurende het proces en biedt een luisterend oor - Je managet verwachtingen richting gedupeerden op een realistische en empathische manier - Je stelt heldere en overtuigende juridische stukken op Je bent fit for the job als je... Relevante werkervaring hebt in een juridische functie binnen het bestuursrecht. Je gewend bent om op basis van informatie besluiten te nemen en hebt ervaring met gesprekstechnieken waarbij je rekening houdt met weerstand en emoties.
