Je zorgt ervoor dat verzoeken en bezwaren van burgers zorgvuldig worden beoordeeld en dat zij op een eerlijke en begrijpelijke manier worden geholpen. Geen dossier is hetzelfde. Soms kun je een burger snel verder helpen met een duidelijke uitleg, terwijl andere dossiers vragen om uitgebreid onderzoek, het verzamelen van aanvullende informatie en een zorgvuldige afweging van wet- en regelgeving. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie uitdagend en maatschappelijk relevant. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het beoordelen en afhandelen van verzoeken en bezwaren rondom het aanvullend rechtsherstel Box 3. - Het analyseren van financiële, fiscale en juridische gegevens om tot een goed onderbouwd besluit te komen. - Het toepassen van wet- en regelgeving binnen complexe en soms unieke situaties. - Het opstellen van heldere besluitbrieven en correspondentie richting burgers. - Het telefonisch of schriftelijk beantwoorden van vragen over lopende procedures en het formulier Opgave Werkelijk Rendement. - Het onderhouden van contact met burgers, ook in situaties waarin sprake is van weerstand of emoties. - Het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers en het bewaken van termijnen en kwaliteit. - Het afstemmen van complexe vraagstukken met collega's binnen toezicht en bezwaar. - Het delen van kennis en ervaringen binnen het team om samen tot de beste oplossingen te komen. - Het ondersteunen van de publieksbalie, zowel fysiek als via videobellen, zodat burgers direct geholpen kunnen worden met hun v...
