Data is the new oil, ook bij ECS. De bedoeling is om uit de grote hoeveelheid aan data die ECS rijk is, waardevolle informatie te halen om de business intelligenter te maken en efficiënter te laten werken. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team.

Rol

Als BI & Data Analyst werk je aan het ontwerpen, bouwen en beheren van datapijplijnen, datamodellen en semantische lagen binnen ons Microsoft Fabric-platform. Je zet ruwe brondata om naar betrouwbare, productieklare dataproducten die de basis vormen voor rapportering, analytics en AI-toepassingen. Je combineert sterke technische expertise (SQL, Python en datamodellering) met analytisch inzicht en werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders om informatiebehoeften te vertalen naar schaalbare en duurzame data-oplossingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

- Ontwerpen en bouwen van ETL/ELT-pijplijnen — Ontwerpen, bouwen, onderhouden en automatiseren van datapijplijnen binnen het data platform - Vertalen van businessbehoeften — Informatiebehoeften, KPI-logica en bedrijfsregels vertalen naar concrete data-oplossingen en dataproducten - Beheren en opbouwen van de datalaag — Opzetten en onderhouden van gestructureerde, betrouwbare datasets volgens een gelaagde architectuur - Ontwikkelen van datamodellen en semantische lagen — Dimensionele en semantische modellen opbouwen op basis van domeindefinities - Implementeren van datakwaliteit en governance — Datakwaliteitscontroles, metadata en data lineage voorzien volgens vastgelegde standaarden - Werken volgens ECS-normen — Oplossingen implementeren conform richtlijnen rond security, privacy en governance - Zorgen voor performantie en schaalbaarheid — De performantie, schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van data-oplossingen bewaken en verbeteren - Toepassen van architectuurstandaarden — Vastgelegde data- en platformstandaarden correct implementeren - Samenwerken met stakeholders — Intensief samenwerken met business, IT en andere stakeholders om domeinlogica correct te vertalen naar technische implementaties - Ondersteunen van BI, analytics en AI — Datasets en dataproducten opleveren die optimaal inzetbaar zijn voor rapportering, analytics en AI/ML-toepassingen

Je beschikt over onderstaande kwaliteiten

- Je bent analytisch sterk en in staat abstract en oplossingsgericht te denken - Je hebt een sterke affiniteit voor data modelleren, data-analyse en statistiek - Je kan zelfstandig en proactief werken - Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma met cijfermatige inslag, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring - Je hebt een goede kennis van databases en SQL-code, Python, ETL pipelines & ETL-processen - Je hebt ervaring in een job waar rapportering, data modelleren en/of data-analyse centraal staan - Kennis van PowerBI en MS Fabric is een must. Kennis van Qliksense, SSRS of andere rapporteringstools is een troef - Kennis van CI/DC & moderne data architectuur is een mooie plus - Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus
