Als BI Engineer help je organisaties om data om te zetten naar inzichten waar daadwerkelijk op gestuurd kan worden. Je richt BI omgevingen in, ontwikkelt en optimaliseert ETL- en ELT-processen en bouwt dashboards die niet alleen kloppen, maar ook het juiste verhaal vertellen. De ene opdracht werk je bij een organisatie die net begint met datagedreven werken, de andere keer ben je onderdeel van een volwassen BI team. Samen bepalen we welke opdrachten het beste bij jou passen. Over ons Wij geloven dat data pas waarde krijgt als mensen het begrijpen en kunnen gebruiken. Daarom slaan wij de brug tussen techniek en business. We werken samen, delen kennis en helpen elkaar om beter te worden in ons vak. Binnen het team is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en inhoudelijke groei. We organiseren regelmatig momenten om kennis te delen, zoals onze maandelijkse Data & Drinks. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond in een analytische of bedrijfskundige richting - Je hebt minimaal vier jaar ervaring als BI Engineer - Je krijgt energie van BI-vraagstukken en datagedreven werken - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen business en techniek - Je communiceert helder met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus Jouw expertise - Ervaring met cloud platforms zoals Azure, AWS of GCP - Werken met data lake(house) oplossingen zoals Databricks, Snowflake of Synapse - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van ETL- en ELT-processen - Uitgebreide kennis van SQL - Ervaring met Python is een pré - Ervaring met BI tools zoals Power BI, Tableau of Qlik - Je adviseert stakeholders over het slim inzetten van data Wat wij bieden Je krijgt afwisselende opdrachten, veel ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en een open, informele werkomgeving.
