Jobomschrijving

Als BI Engineer maak je deel uit van het Data & AI team (5p). Je speelt een sleutelrol in het omzetten van data naar waardevolle inzichten. Je combineert analytisch denkvermogen met technische expertise en bent betrokken bij het volledige traject: van business analyse en data engineering tot het bouwen van performante BI-oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders en vertaalt hun noden naar schaalbare, toekomstgerichte data-oplossingen binnen onze moderne dataomgeving. Jouw kerntaken omvatten:

  • Je analyseert businessvragen en vertaalt deze naar concrete data- en BI-oplossingen
  • Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt data pipelines en transformatielogica (ETL)
  • Je werkt mee aan het datamodel en zorgt voor consistente, kwalitatieve datasets
  • Je ontwikkelt dashboards en rapporten die heldere inzichten bieden aan de organisatie
  • Je draagt bij aan het onderhoud & de verdere uitbouw van ons data platform
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, performantie en betrouwbaarheid van data-oplossingen
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders
  • Je kan businessnoden vertalen naar technische oplossingen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt oplossingsgericht
  • Qua technische skills heb je ervaring met:
  • SQL (essentieel)
  • ETL-processen (bij voorkeur met DBT en/of Oracle Data Integrator - ODI)
  • Data modelling (dimensioneel modelleren is een plus)
  • Dashboarding & reporting tools (bij voorkeur PowerBI en/of OracleBI)
  • Pluspunten voor ervaring met een Azure cloud omgeving
  • Nederlands is de voertaal binnen onze afdeling, kennis van Frans is een plus
