ID:18813-90737 De organisatie: Wij zoeken een BI Specialist voor een organisatie van circa 250 medewerkers in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Ze zijn actief in het gezondere segment en opereren in de regio Den Haag - Rotterdam. Zij dragen bij aan duurzaamheid en werken circulair. De sfeer is nuchter en gezellig. Mensen werken veel samen, lijnen zijn kort en er wordt direct geschakeld. Geen ingewikkelde lagen, maar gewoon duidelijkheid. Data wordt steeds belangrijker en daar ligt voor jou een duidelijke rol. Je komt terecht in een relatief jong BI-team (<45 jaar inclusief manager) van 6 specialisten. Het team is erg energiek en kan op een leuke manier met elkaar overweg. De functie: Je gaat werken als BI Specialist in een team van zes collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor alles rondom BI binnen de organisatie. Jouw werk bestaat vooral uit: - Het bouwen en verbeteren van Power BI dashboards - Het opzetten en aanpassen van datamodellen - Het ophalen van data uit verschillende systemen en dit logisch samenbrengen - Het beantwoorden van vragen vanuit de business met concrete analyses - Het meedenken over hoe rapportages en processen beter kunnen Je hebt veel contact met verschillende afdelingen. Je krijgt vragen vanuit de organisatie en helpt collega's om inzicht te krijgen in hun cijfers. Soms is de vraag duidelijk, soms moet je zelf doorvragen om tot de kern te komen.
