Jeroen: "Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt, is dat je niet alleen data visualiseert, maar ook echt invloed hebt op de keuzes die HR en management maken. Je ziet direct hoe jouw inzichten bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en inzetbaarheid van collega's door heel NS. " Team HR Insights vertaalt HR-vraagstukken naar betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Als BI Specialist verbind je de informatiebehoefte van HR en management met schaalbare datamodellen, heldere dashboards en zorgvuldig beheerde informatieproducten. Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen en technische expertise ben jij van onschatbare waarde bij het: - Ontwikkelen van robuuste Power BI-rapportages en interactieve dashboards met aandacht voor performance en gebruiksgemak. - Voorbereiden en analyseren van data met Power Query (M) en SQL, onder meer vanuit Snowflake of andere databronnen. - Ontwerpen en optimaliseren van semantische tabular- en stermodellen, inclusief herbruikbare DAX-measures, partitioning en performance tuning. - Vertalen van HR-vraagstukken naar ad-hocanalyses en structurele stuurinformatie voor HR en management. - Begeleiden van het volledig...
