Word Bibob-adviseur en maak écht het verschil. De gemeente Den Haag vindt het belangrijk dat onze stad veilig is en zo veel mogelijk vrij blijft van criminele activiteiten. De Wet bevordering integriteitsbeoordelingen door het openbaar bestuur (wet Bibob) stelt ons in staat om te voorkomen dat criminelen misbruik maken van vergunningen, subsidies en vastgoedtransacties. Hierdoor vermijden we dat de onderwereld in de bovenwereld infiltreert en beschermen we de concurrentiepositie van betrouwbare ondernemers. De aanpak van ondermijning in Den Haag is een speerpunt van de gemeente en volop in beweging. We hebben al flinke stappen gezet. Maar daar waar criminele organisaties misbruik maken van legale structuren, moeten wij samen met onze partners barrières op blijven werpen. De gemeente wil het Bibob instrument dan ook nog intensiever en breder inzetten. Bijvoorbeeld bij vastgoedtransacties en de bedrijfsactiveitenvergunning. Binnen het Gemeentelijk Bureau Bibob (GBB) is daarom ruimte voor een Bibob-adviseur. Wat ga je doen? Als Bibob-adviseur speel je een sleutelrol in het voorkomen van criminele beïnvloeding van de bovenwereld. Je onderzoekt vergunningsaanvragen, vastgoedtransacties en andere dossiers met mogelijk integriteitsrisico, en beoordeelt of er signalen zijn van ondermijning. Daarbij ga je niet over één nacht ijs: je combineert diepgravend onderzoek met bestuurlijk inzicht. Je analyseert gegevens uit uiteenlopende bronnen, waaronder interne gemeentelijke systemen, informatie van de Justitiële Informatiedienst, politie of Belastingdienst, en openbare registers. Ook bekijk je financiële stukken en probeer je patronen of constructies te doorgronden die kunnen wijzen op crimineel misbruik. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillen...
