Voor Reddion zoeken wij een Technical Sales Director die de commerciële positie van de organisatie verder versterkt binnen hoogwaardige technische projectomgevingen. De nadruk ligt op gebouwen met contaminatiebeheersing, met name binnen pharma, medisch, hightech en food. Pharma vormt daarbij de belangrijkste groeimarkt. Je verkoopt geen los product, maar complete technische projecten. Vanuit jouw netwerk en marktkennis creëer je toegang tot nieuwe kansen, positioneer je Reddion vroegtijdig bij beslissers en vertaal je klantvraagstukken naar concrete aanvragen, tenders en opdrachten. Als Technical Sales Director zorg jij dat Reddion juist in die fase aan tafel komt. Je bouwt strategische relaties op, haalt marktinformatie naar binnen en herkent projecten voordat deze breed in de markt bekend zijn. Je begrijpt wie binnen de keten invloed heeft, welke belangen er spelen en hoe je Reddion positioneert als specialistische partner voor complexe luchttechnische oplossingen.
