Schouder aan schouder met de teams Voorbereiden, Financieel Adviseurs, Acceptatie en Offertes worden de woondromen van klanten werkelijkheid gemaakt. Rabobank is een prominente Nederlandse financiële instelling met activiteiten in 38 landen voor ruim 9,5 miljoen klanten. Als administratieve kracht bij Rabobank Utrecht op de afdeling OPS Voorbereiden Housing zorg jij dat de financieel adviseurs uitstekend voorbereid aan hun hypotheekgesprekken beginnen. Jouw hoofdtaak is het compleet maken en organiseren van hypotheekdossiers. Geen dag is hierbij identiek. Je verifieert of alle benodigde stukken voor het adviesgesprek tijdig zijn ingestuurd en toetst deze op juistheid. Gedurende de dag onderhoud je intensief contact met zowel de klanten als de adviseurs, waarbij jouw administratieve precisie en heldere communicatie perfect samenkomen. Werktijden en locatie Je komt te werken binnen OPS Voorbereiden Housing, een landelijk opererend team van ongeveer 145 professionals. Na het afronden van het inwerktraject ben je wekelijks voor minimaal 8 uur inzetbaar. De werkuren vallen tussen 08:00 en 17:00 uur van maandag tot en met donderdag. De werklocatie is het kantoor in Utrecht. De selectiegesprekken staan gepland op 28 oktober, dus houd deze dag alvast vrij in je agenda.
