Je belt voor bekende merken en organisaties, helpt klanten én kijkt waar commerciële kansen liggen. Geen saaie scripts afraffelen dus. Gewoon een goed gesprek voeren, luisteren, doorvragen en iemand overtuigen als dat past. Over de functieWat ga je doen? Je voert gesprekken met klanten en deelnemers. Soms belt iemand met een vraag, soms wil iemand stoppen en is het aan jou om te kijken of je diegene kunt behouden. Bijvoorbeeld voor de Behouddesk van de Vrienden- en/ of Postcode Loterij. Iemand belt omdat hij wil stoppen met meespelen. Jij luistert naar de reden, stelt een paar slimme vragen en kijkt of je iemand toch kunt overtuigen om te blijven. Lukt het? Lekker. Lukt het niet? Ook prima. Dan sluit je het gesprek gewoon netjes en positief af. Commercieel waar het kan. Persoonlijk altijd.
