Voor onze vestiging in Oosterhout en Raamsdonksveer zoeken we een enthousiaste receptiemedewerker die in ieder geval op maandag- en dinsdagavond en vrijdagmiddag/avond beschikbaar is. Wat ga je doen? Als receptiemedewerker ben jij het eerste gezicht dat onze leden zien. Je verwelkomt hen met een glimlach, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich meteen thuis voelt. Achter de schermen zorg je voor een strakke administratie en een representatieve balie. Kortom: jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, van binnenkomst tot vertrek. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leden hartelijk ontvangen en te woord staan. - Nieuwe leden inschrijven, pasjes regelen en uitleg geven over onze app. - Klantgegevens bijhouden in de administratie. - Telefoontjes beantwoorden en klanten vriendelijk helpen. - Ondersteunen bij open dagen of promotie-acties. - Zorgen dat de entree en balie er altijd netjes uitzien. - Meedenken over hoe we onze service nog beter kunnen maken. Wie ben jij? - Je bent beschikbaar op maandag- en dinsdagavond en vrijdagmiddag/avond - Je hebt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding afgerond, of je bent hier bijna mee klaar. - Je bent sociaal, stressbestendig en hebt een proactieve houding. - Je kunt goed overweg met computers en vindt administratie geen probleem. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (avonden zijn een pré). - Je hebt affiniteit met sport en vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen. - Gastvrijheid en oog voor detail zitten in jouw DNA.
