Wat bieden wij? €12,55 bruto per uur als je 18 t/m 20 jaar bent, inclusief 5% ATV-toeslag. €15,73 bruto per uur als je 21 jaar of ouder bent, inclusief 5% ATV-toeslag. Een oproepcontract waarbij je gemiddeld minimaal 16 uur per week kunt werken. De mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor een all-in uurloon, waarbij je opgebouwde vakantiegeld en verlofsaldo maandelijks krijgt uitbetaald. Veel flexibiliteit: geef zelf je beschikbaarheid door en werk bijvoorbeeld ook halve dagen van minimaal 4 uur. Functieomschrijving (Bijbaan) Recruiter Wil jij naast je andere activiteiten praktijkervaring opdoen in recruitment? Als (Bijbaan) Recruiter bij Consolid zoek en benader je kandidaten voor verschillende recruitmentprojecten. Je werkt binnen Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), een afdeling die wordt ingezet door verschillende labels om hen bij te staan bij grote Recruitment opdrachten. Je gaat onder andere: Kandidaten zoeken via verschillende online en offline kanalen. Kandidaten matchen met passende vacatures. Sollicitatiegesprekken voeren. Overtuigende kandidaatvoorstellen schrijven. Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en klanten. Vacatures binnen lopende projecten beheren. Meedenken over nieuwe manieren om kandidaten te vinden en te benaderen. Kan ik als Recruiter bij Consolid thuiswerken? Je werkt zoveel mogelijk op kantoor in Hoofddorp. In overleg kun je zo nu en dan thuiswerken. Hoeveel uur per week kan ik werken als Recruiter? Gemiddeld werk je minimaal 16 uur per week. De benodigde capaciteit hangt mede af van de grootte van de opdrachten van de verschillende labels. Daarbij wordt gekeken naar jouw wensen. Kan ik mijn beschikbaarheid flexibel doorgeven? Ja. Je beschikbaarheid kan flexibel zijn, zodat je werk goed kunt combineren met andere verantwoordelijkheden en activiteiten. Op een werkdag ben je minimaal 4 uur beschikbaar

Functie eisen (Bijbaan) Recruiter Je bent gemiddeld minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar. Je bent vaardig in de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift Je werkt doordeweeks tijdens kantoortijden. Je bent op een werkdag minimaal 4 uur beschikbaar. Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken. Je bent handig en snel in digitale vaardigheden Je vindt het prettig om telefonisch contact te hebben met sollicitanten en collega's. Je kunt op jouw werkdagen naar ons kantoor in Hoofddorp komen.
