Als bijlesgever wiskunde en wetenschappen begeleid je leerlingen uit het secundair onderwijs individueel bij het begrijpen, inoefenen en verwerken van leerstof. Je legt moeilijke leerstof op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier uit en ondersteunt bij taken, toetsen en examens. De begeleiding wordt afgestemd op het niveau en de specifieke noden van elke leerling.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • sterk is in wiskunde en wetenschappen op alle niveaus van het secundair onderwijs;
  • leerstof helder, geduldig en op verschillende manieren kan uitleggen;
  • oog heeft voor de individuele noden van elk kind of elke jongere;
  • zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar werkt;
  • afspraken correct nakomt en duidelijk communiceert;
  • een warme, positieve en motiverende houding heeft;
  • zich flexibel kan aanpassen aan verschillende niveaus en leerprofielen;
  • openstaat voor overleg en samenwerking binnen KlimOP-coaching;
  • bereid is om zich op langere termijn mee te engageren binnen onze groeiende praktijk.

Ervaring in het onderwijs, bijles of begeleiding van jongeren is een pluspunt. Een pedagogisch diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar voor ons zijn sterke vakkennis, didactische vaardigheden en een goede klik met onze werking minstens even belangrijk.
