  • Inkomende oproepen met empathie en professionaliteit te behandelen, door onze klanten en partners nauwkeurige en geruststellende informatie aan te bieden;
  • Duidelijk de te volgen stappen, termijnen en beschikbare oplossingen uit te leggen om onze klanten optimaal te ondersteunen, of het nu gaat om een probleem op de weg, in hun woning of een gezondheidsprobleem in het buitenland;
  • Een nauwgezette opvolging van dossiers te waarborgen, wat essentieel is om een vlotte en efficiënte zorgverlening te garanderen.

  • Beschikbaar is vanaf eind oktober;
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans spreekt (minimaal niveau B2 in beide talen);
  • Initiatief neemt en zich inzet voor kwaliteitsvol werk;
  • Goed georganiseerd is, gemakkelijk zijn/haar taken plant en prioriteiten stelt;
  • Het Office-pakket beheerst;
