Für unseren Standort in Wien suchen wir im Zuge einer Vorauswahl durch das AMS Wagramerstraße 1 Bilanzbuchhalter:in (all genders) Teilzeit, 30 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB (optional IFRS)

* Führung und Abstimmung der Hauptbuchkonten

* Erstellung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen

* Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Meldungen (z.B. UVA, ZM)

* Ansprechpartner:in für Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen

* Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen

* Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen

Was Sie mitbringen

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung sowie abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen (UGB, IRFS von Vorteil)

* Routine im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Offenheit für neue Systemen und Programme (z.B. Portolan)

* Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, kombiniert mit Selbständigkeit und Lösungsorientierung

* Freundliche, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit selbstsicherem Auftreten

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion setzen wir voraus

Das Wichtigste zum Schluss: Sie haben Freude an Ihrer Arbeit und schätzen eine wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit externen Ansprechpartner:innen.

Für diese Position wenden wir uns an Kandidat:innen mit mindestens 5 Jahren einschlägiger Bilanzbuchhaltungserfahrung und bieten dafür ein attraktives, marktgerechtes Gehalt € 3.800 brutto monatlich (Vollzeitbasis). Eine Überzahlung ist - abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung - ausdrücklich vorgesehen.
