Als Business Enabler bist du ausgehend vom Headquarter in engem Austausch mit unseren weltweiten Fachabteilungen, initiierst wegweisende Projekte, definierst dafür den Rahmen und gestaltest somit die Zukunft von ENGEL. 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in für das Shared Service Center Austria Deine Rolle im Team:

Als Teil unseres Bilanzierungsteams in der Abteilung Rechnungswesen übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei folgenden Aufgaben:

* Du verantwortest die Bilanzierung für ausgewählte Gesellschaften der ENGEL-Gruppe und fungierst als Ansprechperson für den Wirtschaftsprüfer

* Bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen behältst du Bilanz und GuV im Blick und führst interne Kontrollen durch

* Die fristgerechte Einreichung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung ist für dich selbstverständlich; zudem bereitest du die Körperschaftsteuerberechnung vor

* Du bringst dich aktiv in die Gestaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen ein

* Du vertrittst Kolleginnen und Kollegen innerhalb des Bilanzierungsteams bei Abwesenheiten und sammelst dadurch laufend neue Erfahrungen

Das bringst du mit:

* Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzierung

* Dein Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, ist sehr versiert, im Idealfall bringst du SAP-Kenntnisse mit

* Du überzeugst durch Belastbarkeit, Genauigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Freude an der aktiven Mitgestaltung von Systemen und Prozessen rundet dein Profil ab
