Unser Team in Wien freut sich über Verstärkung durch 1 Bilanzbuchhalter_in (m/w/x) Unser Finance Team behält die Liquidität im Auge, kümmert sich um Veranlagungen und sorgt für reibungslose Finanzabläufe.

Dein Job:

* Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Zahlungsverkehr

* Verantwortung für das Steuerwesen: Erstellung von UVA, ZM sowie laufenden Abgaben¿ und Steuererklärungen für sämtliche Gesellschaften

* Erstellung von Monats¿, Quartals¿ und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz (VAG)

* Durchführung der Konzernkonsolidierung und Konzernabschluss für die ACREDIA Group

* Berichtswesen an Management, Aufsichtsrat und Aufsichtsbehörden

* Unterstützung bei der Bilanz¿ und Budgetplanung sowie bei Forecasts

* Zentrale Ansprechperson unternehmensintern und für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, Behörden, sowie externe Partner (z. B. Steuerberater:innen)

* Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Finanzbereich

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Studium von Vorteil)

* Absolvierte Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung (ca. 3-5 Jahre) vorzugsweise in der Versicherungsbranche

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP, idealerweise S/4 HANA

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach UGB und VAG (IFRS von Vorteil)

* Sehr gute MS¿Office¿Kenntnisse va Excel; Affinität zu KI¿gestützten Tools (z. B. MS Copilot) ist von Vorteil

* fundierte Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse

* Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts¿ und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Das monatliche Gehalt für diese Position lt.
